Computer-Free iOS App Debugging Service Agreement

This agreement is entered into by the party providing computer-free iOS App debugging services (the “Service Provider”) and the user purchasing and using the services (the “User”). By clicking “Purchase Authorization Code,” submitting an order, completing payment, or redeeming an authorization code at https://gbox.run/tool/udid, the User confirms that the User has read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

1. Service Scope

  1. The Service Provider offers computer-free iOS App debugging services. iOS App debugging on a physical device generally requires a computer connected to the test device. Subject to this agreement and applicable law, the services enable the User to perform physical-device testing without a computer using the relevant tools.
  2. After purchasing an authorization code, the User may redeem the code, download the debugging tool, and use the corresponding services and technical support during the authorization period.
  3. The services may only be used for Apps, code, test devices, and testing activities for which the User holds lawful rights. They do not authorize or assist unlawful App distribution, circumvention of platform rules, or infringement of third-party rights.

2. Purchase, Payment, and Delivery

  1. The User shall select the required authorization code type and complete the purchase process on the official website.
  2. Users in China may pay by WeChat Pay or Alipay. Users outside China may pay through PayPal. Available payment methods are subject to the order page.
  3. The services are offered on a one-time, full upfront payment basis. The User pays the full price of the selected plan at checkout. No hidden fees will be charged beyond those expressly shown on the order page.
  4. The services do not include automatic renewal, recurring charges, or subscriptions. On expiry, the system will not renew the service or initiate periodic charges. Continued use requires a new order placed by the User.
  5. After successful payment, the system automatically sends the authorization code in real time to the email address supplied by the User at checkout. The automated email delivery of the authorization code constitutes completion of the initial service delivery.

3. Authorization Code Types and Service Periods

The User may choose from the following authorization code types:

Authorization Code TypeService Use PeriodTechnical Support Period
Fast Code Debugging Authorization30 days30 days
Stable Code Debugging Authorization60 days60 days
VIP Code Debugging Authorization180 days180 days

The service period starts when the authorization code is successfully redeemed or activated, or when the service activation is recorded by the system, as applicable. System records prevail.

4. Device Binding and Usage Restrictions

  1. Each authorization code may be bound to one device only.
  2. Once bound, an authorization code cannot be transferred to another device, rebound, shared, split, or resold.
  3. Users requiring services on multiple devices must purchase a corresponding number of authorization codes.
  4. The User is responsible for safeguarding authorization codes, order information, and the associated email account. Losses caused by disclosure, transfer, an incorrect email address, or inadequate safeguarding are the User's responsibility.
  5. Without the Service Provider's written permission, the User may not copy, rent, resell, reverse engineer, crack, interfere with, or circumvent technical restrictions of the tools, authorization mechanism, or related services.

5. Technical Support

  1. During the applicable authorization period, the Service Provider provides technical support for installation and redemption of the debugging tool, basic use, and troubleshooting of common issues.
  2. Technical support does not include App source code development, customized functions, third-party App compatibility modifications, Apple account issues, device system failures, or development consulting outside the service scope.
  3. The Service Provider will provide reasonable technical support but does not guarantee that any particular App, system version, device model, or third-party environment will remain compatible, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. User Obligations and Lawful Use

  1. The User shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, Apple platform rules, and third-party service rules, and shall ensure that the User's testing activities, Apps, code, content, and data are lawfully sourced and authorized.
  2. The User may not use the services to create, distribute, install, debug, or run unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or privacy- or intellectual-property-infringing content or programs.
  3. The User may not use the services to circumvent platform security mechanisms, conduct cyberattacks, distribute malware, steal data, or engage in other unlawful or non-compliant activities.
  4. The User is solely responsible for disputes, claims, penalties, or losses arising from the User's breach of this agreement or applicable law. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate relevant services and cooperate with competent authorities as required by law.

7. Refunds and Exceptions

  1. Authorization codes are digital service credentials and are automatically issued immediately after payment. Except where required by law, where the Service Provider fails to deliver an authorization code, or where the Service Provider is verified to be responsible for a code that cannot be redeemed or used, delivered authorization codes are generally non-refundable.
  2. If the User does not receive the authorization-code email, the User should check the spam folder and promptly contact the Service Provider with order information for verification and assistance.
  3. Failure caused by an incorrect email address, an unsupported device, an abnormal system or network environment, user-made modifications to the device or tool, or a breach of this agreement does not constitute failure by the Service Provider to deliver the services.
  4. If a code cannot be used due to a verified system fault attributable to the Service Provider, the Service Provider may, as appropriate, reissue the code, repair the service, extend the service period, or issue a refund.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability but does not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, iOS version, App, or third-party service.
  2. Apple platform policies, iOS updates, device condition, network conditions, and changes to third-party services may affect the availability or debugging results of the tools. The Service Provider will provide reasonable support but is not responsible for factors beyond its control.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect losses, loss of anticipated profits, data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from the User's use of, or inability to use, the services.
  4. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Changes and Termination

  1. The Service Provider may update this agreement as required by law, business adjustments, or service improvements and will publish the update on the official website or order page.
  2. An updated agreement takes effect when published. The User's continued purchase, redemption, or use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
  3. On expiry of the authorization period, the relevant services terminate automatically. This does not affect obligations or liabilities incurred during the term of this agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  2. Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring an action before a court with jurisdiction at the Service Provider's location.
  3. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

11. Miscellaneous

  1. This agreement, together with the plan description, price, payment information, and usage rules shown on the User's order page, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services.
  2. The User acknowledges that electronic confirmation given when placing an order, making payment, redeeming an authorization code, or using the services has the same legal effect as a written signature.
  3. This agreement takes effect when the User first clicks to confirm, submits an order, completes payment, or uses the services.
